There are few times when it feels like home, when you walk into a business. Well, this is definitely one! The owner Roberto, was very kind, down to earth and very knowledgeable. The underground wine cellar was amazing. It created such a warm, relaxing and welcoming ambiance. He had one white wine that was outstanding, the Albarino. Of course we bought it. It has crisp citrus flavor that will go wonderful with a fish dish. He also has several reds that we had such a hard time deciding which one we like best. We ended up with the Tempranillo. All of their wines are outstanding and can't wait to go back again.

Some people think wine making is a science, some think it is an art. Roberto Espinosa is a microbiologist and molecular biologist who expresses unreserved love and enthusiasm for his craft of winemaking. Science creating art. Going to a tasting allows you not only to savor his wine but also to enjoy his and Noelle's good company.The Cabernet Sauvignon displays a rich velvety yumminess. It's dry earth tones suggests time for a barbeque. I am also a big big fan of his Tempranillo. A wonderful Spanish grape Roberto turns into pure tasty magic. I can't wait to go again!
